Orders & Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Usually your order will be shipped 3-5 business days after placing your order (subject to clearance and stock availability – up to 7 days during sale/campaign periods). Depending on your location and shipping option, your delivery times may vary.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can contact us to help you change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipped as fast as possible.

If an item has already been processed for shipping, you will not be able to change the address.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to USA / Canada / UK / Australia. If you do not see your country as an option below, during checkout, please contact us at help@hautecouturebyfeu.com, and we will look into it for you.

Will my items come in one package? Yes. All your ordered items will come in one single package.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@hautecouturebyfeu.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you believe that your order is received incorrect, please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper if needed. Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement and pay the return shipping costs.

My order arrived damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@hautecouturebyfeu.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How do I receive customer support?
