Not Satisfied? No Worries, Returns Are Easy!
First and foremost, if you’re considering a return or refund, it means you’ve ordered a product from us. Rest assured, we’ll strive to make things right in case of any hiccups along the way.
If you’re not satisfied with an item, we want to quickly resolve the issue. We’ll gladly replace, exchange, or refund the amount you paid, depending on your preference. We encourage you to reach out to our Customer Service at help@hautecouturebyfeu.com or call us at (800) 909-8921 before returning a used product, so we can provide you with the best possible service.
Step 2: After receiving return instructions from us, pack up the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
Step 3: Include your order number inside the parcel. (Simply go to My Account, click Order History, select the appropriate order number, and write it down or print it out).
Step 4: Send the package to the designated return address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method and share the return tracking number with our service team.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise to the original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within several weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
The following items cannot be returned: Clearance items marked as “final sale.”

Unsatisfactory Items:
You may return unsatisfactory items within 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that the shipping cost of returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
Send items back to us using any trackable shipping method. Ensure your package is prepaid, as we cannot accept COD returns. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once received.
If an item was delivered as ordered and undamaged, the refund amount will equal the cost of the item (minus the original shipping charge).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you believe your order was received damaged or incorrect, please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper if needed. Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation, resend a replacement, and cover the return shipping costs.Return Procedure:

Please Note:
Do not send your package back to the address on the package. That is not our return address and will result in your package being lost. You will be responsible for the loss due to the incorrect address.
